Heritage
Transcend Group proudly serves as the European branch of the Macau conglomerate, Trust Construction & Investment, founded in 1979.
Over the past 45 years, Trust has garnered acclaim for its expertise in developing high-quality residential projects marked by meticulous planning, as well as for providing excellent service to aid in home purchasing. Beyond residential development, Trust has expanded into cross-disciplinary trades, including hospitality, property management, and advertising.
In 2019, the conglomerate extended its reach to Japan, establishing Totsu Group in Tokyo, focusing on rehabilitation projects, co-working spaces, and hospitality, invested in over 110 projects within 3 years.
Drawing on this solid legacy, Transcend Group is committed to perpetuating and expanding the business steadily and sustainably, while remaining steadfast in upholding the values and principles ingrained in its business philosophy as an integral part of the Macau conglomerate’s family business.
